type='text'>把所需材料都準備好，包括要使用的油脂，氫氧化鈉，水，耐熱杯或不锈鋼杯，放油的不锈鋼鍋盆，手套，溫度計和秤（最好是電子秤）和攪拌用的匙（面積大的比較好用），也可以放打蛋器（但要小心，材料別濺出來）瓦斯爐上放鍋子（我是用大炒菜鍋）裝半鍋水，開火（隔水溫油用） 戴上手套稱好了氫氧化鈉的重量後，放進耐熱杯中；加進所需水量（約NaOH）的2।4~2।6倍，以不锈鋼匙攪拌至溶化；此時溶液將由混濁轉為澄清，放入水盆中降溫（此時水溫可達近100度，要小心）至40~45度間秤好所要用的油脂，全部放進攪拌用的鍋中裡；放進熱水的鍋子上隔水加熱，攪拌至全部油脂溶解，溫度上升至40~45度間油和鹼液溫度一致時，將鹼液慢慢的倒進油中（此時要一直不停的攪拌）；持續攪拌到呈美乃滋狀直到可以在表要寫字的程度即達到Trace，若要加其他東西，此時加
